Through obtaining quantitative data from the processes of fishing extraction a database was constructed with economic, social and productive information of artisanal fisheries in the zone, with the purpose of making possible an analysis from the generation of an updated source of data that shows the extractiveproductive

In order of importance, according to the volume of annual extraction, fishing of scale fish is the one that reports highest values of extraction, followed by estuary shrimp, and then king clam. However, in terms of levels reported of monetary profit, as a result of these activities, the estuary shrimp is the first place with regard to profit, followed by scale fish and king clam fishery.
